The food is ok if you have the time and patience to wait for the food. They say 45-60 minutes delivery time frame. But in reality they take at least 2 hours to deliver. The food is good but not that great for waiting that long. This is the last time I'll order from them.

French fries were soaking wet, horrible not only that the driver was horribly rude just because the number on the apartment was 825 and not 995, he stood there arguing that i gave him the wrong number instead of just saying thank you, hand me my order and leave, i will never order again, customer service is horrible.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food, it was cold, nasty and WRONG! Never again!!!!!!!!

We ordered a side saliad and 8 cans of coke on 3/25/2011 at 2:02:56 PM the order did not arrive until an hour and forty five minutes later and saliad was warm and the pop was warm and then they forgot two cans of coke and so I called at exactly 3:50PM and a gentleman named James said he would send them out well it is 7:14PM and they still have not arrived which has forced me to write a negative review for this resturant. Bewarned DO NOT order from this resturant.

the best calzone you can get without being in NYC! although i was promised a free drink by the guy that contacted me due to the time it was gonna take to get my food... and i never saw that... all in all it was still good.. except for im thirsty still!!!

The delivery drivers really sweet, but the guy answering the phone is rude. took awhile. tried charging me twice. i'm little worried he thought i didn't tip now! cause i did on here. forgot my soda, but the delivery kid came back and gave me it!

Terrible! Food took over an hour, forgot the dressing for our salad and ketchup for the onion rings, and we had asked for avocado which was $1.50 extra charge but we never received it. When we talked to the restaurant about getting the dressing and avocado they said they would be right over w/ it but never came. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

INCONSISTANT = TERRIBLE
Ordered the same pizza 3 times (Margarita).. the first time, it was awsome.. Frest basil, fresh tomatoes and ricotta. the second time, not so great.. old basil leaves and no ricotta. The third (and LAST) the pizza came with only tomatoes.. I called up and the lady ARGUED that they don't put ricotta on the pizza and they don't use fresh basil. I prepare food at a 4 star restaurant and if I were to blantanly change a recipe each time the item was made, no one would ever return... just as I will NEVER order from this place again.. GO BACK TO L.A. take your attitude and terrible customer service with you.
